Exhibitors must complete the Exhibition Application Form  and submit them to theSecretariat of Beijing International Automotive Exhibition via email (sales@hyexhibition.com) by October 30, 2025. Along with the application form, exhibitors must provide two copies of their product list and product descriptions. Booths will be assigned in a fair manner based on the order of registration. Exhibitors are encouraged to register as early as possible.

Upon receiving the application form and exhibit list, the Secretariat, in collaboration with relevant departments, will review the exhibits. Once approved, the Secretariat will issue a Confirmation of Participation, the Exhibition Manual, and related materials.

After receiving the Confirmation of Participation from the Secretariat, exhibitors must remit the relevant fees to the designated bank and proceed with booth design and preparation as per the allocated exhibition space.
