The 18th Beijing International Auto Show, themed "New Era, New Cars", opened on April 25, 2024 at the Beijing International Exhibition Center. During the 2024 Beijing International Auto Show, the New Energy Vehicle Connection Technology Innovation Conference, jointly organized by China Automotive Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu University's College of New Energy Vehicles, was successfully held in the parts exhibition area. Exploring the technological development trends of automotive components or integrated assemblies in the context of "new era new cars", as well as the new challenges faced by component quality inspection.
The conference was chaired by Xin Qiang, Chairman of China Automotive Testing Corporation. Chen Chen, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Development Research Institute of the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Yin Bifeng, Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Jiangsu University, delivered speeches respectively.
The conference invited executives and technical experts from Tsinghua University's Suzhou Automotive Research Institute, as well as domestic and foreign automotive vehicle and component companies such as Dongfeng Motor, Chery Automobile, Shenlan Automobile, Beijing Automotive, China North Vehicle Research Institute, Yutong Bus, Changan Automobile, AVIC Optoelectronics, Rosenberg, China Machinery International, Shengwei (Huizhou) Cable Technology, and Wire Harness World to participate in the conference. From different perspectives of production, academia, and research, they deeply expounded on the development prospects of Chinese automobiles, as well as new directions for component development and quality inspection. Ensure that component testing methods and talent development keep up with the development trend of automobiles in China and even the world.
